I love unicorns because they make my daughter happy. She wears unicorn shoes, clothes, and jackets, her room is decorated in unicorns, and her backpack and binder have unicorns on them. It would be so fun to win this for her, and be able to bake together!
Unicorns are special and magical all in themselves. But one of the reasons they are special to me is that the children’s movie “The White Pony” was my daughter’s favorite movie when she was little ( she’s now 24 years old) we used to sit and watch that movie over and over again.
And when I was young I always wanted my horse to turn into a unicorn or a pegasus . I just thought that would be so cool!

I threw a unicorn birthday party for my daughters 8th birthday. She’s now 23 and we still talk about that party! So many happy memories! Because of this I absolutely LOVE unicorns!
I made my first unicorn cake this year and it has become a staple here. My daughter wears unicorn knee socks while she dances around the house in the the most magical of homelands—New Jersey! We live in the uncorn state, magical, sparkly, and mysterious and to anyone who isn’t from here it can’t possibly be real 🙂 Sparkle on friends, sparkle on!
