Hey cakey friends! If you’ve been following me on Facebook and Instagram, then you’re probably well aware, but I’m headed to Cake Fair! The awesome folks at Satin Ice reached out and asked if I would come and present on their main stage. Took me about half a second to say absolutely yes! 

I’ll be talking about my beloved little cookbook, Erin Bakes Cake! Then I’ll be inviting a few fellow cakers from the audience to join me on the stage to decorate cakes of their own. After the main stage presentation I’ll be signing books for about an hour or so. Later that night come hob-nob with the cake world’s upper crust (and me :P) at the VIP meet and greet.
