These back-to-school sugar cookies could not have been easier! First, I whipped up a batch of my favorite no-spread sugar cookie dough (Sweetapolita’s is perfection – http://bit.ly/1BUOMQ8). Then, I tinted the dough using gel colors, spread the dough into the molds using a small offset spatula, and baked the cookies right in the mold! I let the numbers chill for about 15 minutes before popping them out of the mold (and then into my mouth 🙂 ).
